By browsing our collections, placing an order, or otherwise using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree with them, you shouldn’t use our website or purchase our products.

Using the ToyHare Website

Eligibility

To place an order on toyhare.com, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

When you use our site, you agree to provide information that is current, accurate, and complete. This helps us get your new toys to you without any hitches. You also agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its security, or attempt to disrupt its operation in any way.

Our Products & Orders

Products & Pricing

We specialize in high-quality, developmentally enriching toys. We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or update information at any time without notice.

All prices on our website are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD) and include any applicable sales tax. Tax is not added as a separate line at checkout. Where a product is offered in multiple configurations or bundles, the option you select determines exactly what is included in your order.

Placing an Order

When you complete checkout, you are making an offer to purchase our products. Your order isn't officially accepted until we send you a confirmation that your items have been shipped. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons such as limited stock, errors in product or pricing information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Payment & Shipping

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your transaction is secure, and ToyHare does not store your full credit card details. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on orders of $70.00 or more and a flat $10.00 on orders under $70.00. The threshold is based on your order subtotal after discounts and before shipping.

After you place an order, our team needs 1–4 business days to pack and prepare it. Once shipped, your package typically arrives within 6–10 business days, for a total of 7–14 business days from order to doorstep. All timeframes are in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays) and are estimates rather than guarantees.

Every order ships with tracking, and we email a tracking number and link once your order is on its way. You can also look up your order on our Track Your Order page. For more details, please visit our Shipping Policy.

Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is free on every order. Tick the “This is a gift” option in your cart and we will wrap your order, add a hand-written note with your message, and leave all pricing off the packing slip.

Cancellations & Returns

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at help@toyhare.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. All returns must be authorised by us in advance, and we will provide the correct return address at that point — our returns are handled by our fulfilment partner and are not sent to our registered office.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full. Intellectual Property

All of the content on this website—including our logo, text, images, designs, and graphics—is the exclusive property of BYTESKEY LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. We may also use other third-party services or link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BYTESKEY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the purchase of any products from ToyHare. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product you bought. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
