However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or update information at any time without notice. All prices on our website are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD).

Placing an Order

When you complete checkout, you are making an offer to purchase our products. Your order isn't officially accepted until we send you a confirmation that your items have been shipped. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons such as limited stock, errors in product or pricing information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. Your transaction is safe, and ToyHare does not store your full credit card details. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

We're delighted to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. After you place an order, our team needs 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday) to lovingly pack and prepare it for its journey. Once shipped, your package will typically arrive within 6–10 days.

Cancellations & Returns

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at help@toyhare.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
