Orders & Shipping

  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    Our team gets your new toys packed and ready in 1–4 business days. After they've shipped, you can expect them to arrive at your door in 6–10 business days.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Hooray! We offer free shipping on all orders. No surprise fees, just pure fun delivered to you.
  • Where do you ship to?
    Right now, we're shipping our playful treasures exclusively to addresses within the United States. We don't currently offer international shipping.
  • Can I track my order?
    Absolutely! Once your order hops out of our workshop, we'll email you a shipping confirmation that includes a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package's journey.

Returns & Exchanges

  • What's your return policy?
    Not the perfect fit? You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items. Just make sure they are in their original, un-played-with condition and packaging.
  • How do I start a return?
    It's easy! Just send an email to our team at help@toyhare.com to get started. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • When will I get my refund?
    Once we receive your return at our workshop, we'll process your refund in USD within 7 business days. We'll send you an email to let you know it's on its way!
  • Can I exchange an item?
    The quickest way to get a new toy is to place a new order for the item you want and start a return for your original purchase. This ensures you get your new friend as fast as possible!
