Welcome to ToyHare! These are our Terms of Sale, the official rules of play for buying our toys. Reading them helps ensure everything goes smoothly from the moment you click “add to cart” to the moment your new toys arrive for their first playdate. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

ToyHare is the trading name of BYTESKEY LLC, a company registered in Wyoming with the registration number 2025-001777430. Our registered office is located at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, US.

Products & Pricing

We do our best to make sure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate so you know exactly what you're getting. However, occasional errors may happen. We reserve the right to correct any mistakes or update information at any time without prior notice.

All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) and already include any applicable sales tax. We do not add tax as a separate line at checkout — the price you see on a product page is the price you pay for that item.

Shipping is the only charge that may be added to your order:

  • Orders of $70.00 or more: shipping is free, applied automatically at checkout.
  • Orders under $70.00: a flat $10.00 shipping charge applies.

The $70.00 threshold is based on your order subtotal after any discounts and before shipping is added. The total shown on the final checkout screen is exactly what you will be charged.

Where a product is sold in several configurations or bundles, the option you select at checkout determines exactly what is included. Please review your selected option before ordering.

Placing & Accepting an Order

When you complete the checkout process, you're making an offer to purchase our products. You'll receive an email confirming we've received your order, but this isn't a formal acceptance. A legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your items and send you a shipping confirmation email.

In rare cases, we may need to refuse or cancel an order. This could be due to a product being out of stock, a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we have to cancel your order, we'll notify you right away and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Payment

We process payments securely through Shopify Payments and PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method. Your full financial details are never stored on our servers.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We work to get your toys out the door within 1–4 business days. Transit typically takes a further 6–10 business days, for a total of 7–14 business days from order to delivery. All timeframes are given in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays) and are estimates rather than guarantees.

Every order ships with tracking, and we email you a tracking number and link once your order is on its way. Title to the products and risk of loss pass to you as soon as we deliver your package to the shipping carrier. For more detailed information, please see our complete Shipping Policy.

Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is available free of charge on every order. Tick the “This is a gift” option in your cart and we will wrap your order, include a hand-written note with your message, and leave all pricing off the packing slip.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at help@toyhare.com as quickly as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. All returns must be authorised by us before you send anything back — we will provide the correct return address when we authorise your return, as returns are handled by our fulfilment partner and not at our registered office.

For change-of-mind returns you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of inspection, in USD, to your original payment method, and include the tax portion of the item price. Your Responsibilities

To help us process your order smoothly, please ensure all the information you provide—like your name, shipping address, and payment details—is accurate and current. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm our business or other customers.

Intellectual Property

All the content on this site, including our logo, product photos, graphics, and text, is the exclusive property of BYTESKEY LLC. It's protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BYTESKEY LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the products purchased from it. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the total amount you paid for the products in question. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. By continuing to use our site and purchase from us after any changes are posted, you agree to the revised terms.
