Welcome to ToyHare! These are our Terms of Sale, the official rules of play for buying our wonderful eco-friendly and enriching toys. Reading them helps ensure everything goes smoothly from the moment you click "add to cart" to the moment your new toys arrive for their first playdate. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Products & Pricing
We do our best to make sure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate so you know exactly what you're getting. However, we're only human, and occasional errors may happen. We reserve the right to correct any mistakes or update information at any time without prior notice.
All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD). We're happy to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping address and added to your order total at checkout, so you'll see the full cost before you pay.
Placing & Accepting an Order
When you complete the checkout process, you're making an offer to purchase our products. You'll receive an email confirming we've received your order, but this isn't a formal acceptance. A legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your items and send you a shipping confirmation email.
In rare cases, we may need to refuse or cancel an order. This could be due to a product being out of stock, a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we have to cancel your order, we'll notify you right away and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Payment
We process payments securely through Shopify Payments, which accepts all major credit cards and other popular payment methods. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method. Your full financial details are never stored on our servers, ensuring your information stays safe and private.
Shipping & Delivery

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at help@toyhare.com as quickly as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped.
